Considering how many people filed complaints with BBB against XFX and their terrible rating, I expect absolutely nothing to come of this for me. I've already accepted I'll have to pay to get it RMA'd. I just don't want anyone else having to deal with this, and if you do, then the internet has yet one more "XFX customer service and products are terrible" thread for you to brace yourself.

I still don't get how this makes sense. You can't be mad when you had a chance to return the product right off the bat, knowing it was used/refurbished; AND you had access to their return policy ahead of time, before buying.

Never had a problem with XFX, RMA's just suck for everyone. Easiest RMA I have had has been ASUS but it is still not fun.

P.S. I haven't ready anyone flaming you, you are obviously still upset about the whole ordeal, but you should definitely take their advice and at least understand that its not just XFX on this one. Now you are just inviting the trolls to have at you.

Well, you used it for 10 months before it died.

You could've started by letting them know that a thrice-over product wrapped as new was unacceptable, and demanded a return on the spot.

Not go ahead and use something you know has screwed up thrice and then go on to blame XFX.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but I've worked in Technology retail and have dealt with this time and time again.

I'm pretty sure every product you buy from any company has a 14 or 30-day return policy in which you can read the included paper copy of the warranty and it's terms. By not returning the card within that period, you are agreeing to its terms.
