Hi guys, im new here, i register because i need help.

My actual spec
Dual core 3.0
ati hd 4350
3gb ram (win7 32 bits)
with this i can play bf3 in low at 10-25fps.

i only have like 400-450$ is the limit in my credit card (i live in south america), so my friend told me to buy the ati hd6950, but i know im gonna have a bottleneck. but how much? if i buy a new cpu, mobo and memory im not gonna have money for the gpu. so thats my question.

Cpu, mobo and memory or the graphic card; and with only 400$ what cpu, mobo and memory i can buy?

thanks and sorry for the english D:

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W is a good power supply
gpu-PowerColor AX6950 2GB
i found a total of a little under 400 and if you overclock a little on the cpu it should be good

I suggest getting a 6870 and some more RAM. What he meant was if you OC it up to lets so 4.0 Ghz, it will not be AS MUCH of a bottleneck but it still would be bottlenecking a bit.thumb.gif

i was thinking about buy the ati hd 6950 2gb dirt 3 is 278$ in amazon

and buy an intel Core i5-2400 3.10 GHz 6 MB 180$

then i can buy the rest with my local money.

the 6950 does preform a little better than the 6870 and you cant support more than 4GB of ram with a 32 bit system so unless you have the money to spare to get 4 its not all necessary and if you want to overclock the 6950 is a little better so less cost to future upgrades

It's time to upgrade your whole platform.
