What you could have done instead of cutting up one of the 5.25" drive covers, is this

I got around to doing it myself, not hard at all but in the end I didnt end up keeping it in place as my DVDRW is really dodgy so i have no DVDRW biggrin.gif (no issues actually, if need one ill buy a USB one.. looks so much cleaner)

Ok guys here it is ... the update that has been teased
ill let the pictures do most of the talking... but know that this is not all of the stuff that will be used .. just what ill be working with for the next week or so

first thing i did today for some reason was change out the body of the mcp655 so that i could use anything g1/4 thread instead of just the standard barbed 1/2"ID

next thing was to test out the waterblock to make sure it fit and was looking good .. did not fully install just installed enough to see how it will look (you may notice im wearing gloves.. thats to keep everything shiny and away from my grimy hands redface.gif)

next up is testing the fans ... just linked them together in groupings of threes and tested the last one with the fan controller ... will be changing LED's on fan controller and painting the casings of all the fans black while leaving the blades clear

Hmm, You generally don't want to be working on carpet. Even worse is putting thing's like your gpu's as an example on carpet..
