Temps don't sound as low as they could be, bleeding is the easiest thing to try.
Be careful shaking it too much while the PC is on. Just power the want the pump on and the bleed hole open on the res.
I made the mistake of shaking with everything running and one of my hard drives isn't what it used to be...

Just got home not too long ago and I shook it for a few minutes. Only saw a few small bubbles come up. I mean I did not shake it vigorously because I was afraid water would spill out of res.

Seal the res and shake it more, that way you can tell if air is there or not, if it is then worry about getting it out

I will try shaking some more tomorrow after work, but I don't think i really have many air bubbles. If that does not work, than I will reseat heatsink this weekend and see if that helps.
