They should also improve performance. B2K runs horrible. Both my CPU and GPU are maxed out.

No matter how "epic" and "awesome" BF3 is, it is fundamentally different than the game it supposedly is the sequel to. The maps are not designed for back and forth where teams can fight over objectives because there is nothing worth fighting over. The flags are all clumped together a stone's throw away from each other with all the vehicles safe in deployment.
No VOIP
No battlerecorder
No proper commo rose
No proper squad management
Gimped console esque GUI
Vehicle perks
Barely functional minimap
Extremely low flight ceiling
Small playable area on map
Very limited number of paths through maps
Say hello to BC3 renamed to BF3.

I have no issues with the minimap what are all the complaints about?

Thanks for the suggestions.

Idk how you manage to play it capped at 50fps. I tried and my eyes hurt, It's nowhere near butter at all. For me, everything under 60fps = no butter.

Right know, i'm using high settings (motion blur off (don't like it), MSAA off, HBAO on, AF 16x etc) with 11.10 rev1 and no caps (RadeonPRO profile with MVPU mode AFR) and this works best for me. Every driver gives me 60fps in 98% of the time, but 11.10 rev1 + RadeonPRO profile is so far the only one that provides little to none fps drop.

I've tried 12.1 and in some areas of Tehran Highway my fps drops at 42-45 and it's so annoying. 60fps then BAM - 42fps - 60fps again. With 11.10 rev1 it's more like 52-54fps, but before the november patch, with the same drivers and setup, the fps never got under 57.

I tried 60 and it was actually more jittery for me, in fact 40 and 50 where both smoother than 60. Not sure why.

I'm sure you have but check them drivers. AMD drivers tend to be hit or miss and for my friend the latest one bumped BF3 from unplayable to moderately smooth game play on his 6970 (auto graphics setting).

And here I thought I was at fault. I remember i stuck in a 580, for experimentation, for B2K...45fps on Max...? Holy... And it dips to 30's when the battles intensify.
