All time favorite Xbox game, and why?

My favorite Xbox game would have to be the Halo series. I know tha'ts cliche, I know it's fanboy-ish, but Halo is an amazing, oddly enough I don't like Halo 3 nor ODST. Reach has to be my favorite, with Halo 2 close behind. Maybe its because I wreck people in matchmaking because the shooting mechanics of halo were based on the mechanics of a PC shooter, or maybe its because the idea of a Spartan soldier was so mind boggling cool to me when i first pick up the game as a child, my first video game to be exact, besides Super Mario 64 of course biggrin.gif

I don't know I'm not jaded towards games but after the Wii came out I switched from being a Nintendo fanboy to a Xbox fanboy, Nintendo had remained in the kid market, and I had just grown a little too old for those games.

What's your thoughts and opinions people?

Jet Set Radio Future, for kooky cell shaded graphics, a good sound track, and fun game play. Amped 1/2 comes in a close 2nd. Just because they were X-Box only games.

My favorite game would have to be: the Medal Of Honor Rising Sun. That game i would play constantly, along with Brothers In Arms for the first Xbox.laughingsmiley.gif

Back before I could afford more than my trusty pentium 3 I got a used original xbox and a copy of half-life 2, that was a fantastic experience, and a very impressive port. That and halo 1 and 2 I really enjoyed. Also playing halo 1 and 2 online via xbconnect tunneling software was killer.

Halo 2 for me, If we are talking about the first Xbox. I had a PS2 at the time and my friend had an Xbox. Every time I went over we spent hours on halo 2. When I got a 360 years ago Halo 2 was the first game I bought. This must have been 5 or 6 years ago.

Definitely my favorite xbox game was the original halo. I mean it was fricken epic. I'm pretty sure that is why I bought my xbox in the first place.

The medal of honor games also were pretty fun.

I'm torn between KOTOR 1 and Halo 1. I did really like Halo: Reach also, at least in terms of multiplayer, close second to Halo 1.

Halo 2 i used to spend all day playing mp with my friends. We used to get mad and yell "SCREEN PEEKER" when we got killed.
