No signal to monitor because of moving?

Well I just moved to a new place and had to move my tower. It work the day of the move. Anyways I shot it with air to get rid if the dust and then I went to hook it up. I plugged everything and no signal to the monitors. So I double check the wires all snug as the video card. So I'm not exactly sure what to do now.

The lights/fans on the video card work.
Does not beep on start up
Can hear the windows boot up sound.
everything seems to be working fine except that I do not have signal to the monitors.
I removed the battery and cleared cmos

I have a galaxy gtx 560 ti and a biostar tp67ex i5-2500k ripjaws ram.

Any ideas? I'm going to try to switch video card with my brother tomorrow.

Do you hear the windows boot sound through your monitor or through a headset/external speakers?

If its through the monitor then thats weird, try booting in safe mode and looking at refresh rate, only explanation for that situation.

If its through separate speakers or headphones then it sounds to me like the monitor has gone bad or the cable to the computer might have flaws if all the internal connections are ok as you say and all you did was move the base.

Hooked up to the TV using the same cable or a seperate one? Maybe one of the pins broke off in the female on the card?

I used a mini HDMI to HDMI cable to connect to the TV and I thought that would do it but it didn't.

Well i just swapped video cards with my brother and it works. Seems like my video card died. Will send it in and hopefully will receive another card since I am still under warranty. Thanks guys.

Did you check and see if there was a BIOS update for this card? It turning on and booting and just not giving a signal is very bizarre for a graphics card if the hardware is faulty.
