Holy f***.

I haven't even read this but I'm gonna give you rep for the amount of effort this must have taken. I WILL read it in the future though, when I get around to re-installing Skyrim! Thanks a lot mate.

I applaud your effort...its about time someone did this.

I have a question...: for several variables you've listed the results appear non-linear and it has me wondering if thats because 0.0 is a special case for certain variables, or if you have some of your numerical values out of order, or ....?

Example: Bloom / AmountDay you show values of 0.15, 0.00, 1.00 but the pictures are very dark, somewhat dark, very bright, in that order...what gives?

Thanks again for starting this thread.

EDITTED TO ADD:

Doh! Ifigured it out... you're listing your default number first, then each number below each picture, as in 0.15, 0.00, 1.00 and 5.00 in the example above. (I'm a slow student).

As noted in the pictures thread, it's worth noting that some variables change more than one thing. Fire will change water foam for example.

It's also worth noting that daytime lighting can affect some cave/dungeon lighting aswell.

Already did under PointLighting as thats the setting most people will want to play with for Cave/Dungeon Lighting.

Yes there are ALOT of Changes that effect other changes such as One that You posted.. To list them all would take a very long time.

I have not seen Anyone else attempt what I have done here with ENB and Skyrim.. Not even Boris Vorontsov (the Creater of ENB) although I know he is working on it.

Link to Boris ENB documentation for Skyrim (Very very little info):

http://enbdev.com/doc_skyrim_en.htm

I would Love to be able to list each and Every change that effects other changes but I think I have done enough to at least help People in understanding what does what smile.gif

Many thanks for taking the time to do this. Much needed and appreciated.

I do have one issue that I have been unable to adjust using ENB and that's the glow intensity from certain fires, like the one large one in dragon's reach. It's blinding and I've tried a few of the lighting parameters with no success.

Inside Dragon's Reach the "Glow" from the fire is controlled with 2 settings :

PointLightingIntensityNight=

and

PointLightingCurveNight=

Note: PointLightingDesaturationNight= can also effect the look to a degree.

Note: When changing these settings the changes will effect the "Glow" from various other fires both inside and outside along with some other things that are Not fire related.

Here's an example:

Pointlightingintensity:

pointlightingintensityn.png

Pointlightingintensity= 0.1

pointlightingintensityn.png

Pointlightingintensity= 2.2

Pointlightingcurvenight:

pointlightingcurvenight.png

Pointlightingcurvenight= 0.1

pointlightingcurvenight.png

Pointlightingcurvenight= 1.5

Daytime Point lighting settings have NO effect inside Dragons reach Only the Nighttime settings.

I Hope this helps Slighty skewed smile.gif
