Apparently Intel's initial manufacturing run was already purchased and so that's it for the foreseeable future in this quantum reality.
Maybe if when you go to bed tonite you dream hard enough you will wake up in a quantum state of existence where 3930s are for sale. For amongst many other things I have been trying for years with no change.

I had previously preordered it with Frys. They emailed me today saying that they had to remove me from the list and also the 3930K listing is gone from their product listings.
