How to share connection while gaming.

Thread Starter
i've got 2mb/s connection, a cable modem connected to netgear wnr2000 router shared on 2 pc, 1 directly with a wire and the 2nd on wifi.

I tried to limit the bandwidth to less than a half, i get around 250kb/s download speed, so let`s say 80kb/s and im browsing internet, but while you are playing at the same time on the 2nd pc, battlefield/lol/hon games where you need a good ping, you start to lag, i`m using netlimiter for manage bandwidth but is not helping much, any tips or nothing can be done? upgrading my bandwidth will solve all this or not?
