Hey TankGuys!

Recent OCN Ducky DK1008 winner here with a dead duck. Blue leds on the caps/scroll/numlock buttons stay lit and the board is unresponsive.
I'm hoping to get a response here for RMA. Order #100000770
Tried using the TankGuys site to contact you about this a little over a week ago with no response.

I got my rma back today and everything is working great.

Yo Tankguys!

Bad news... This duck is a lemon... It died again.

Same thing as before. It worked just fine for the better half of a week this time around on my wifes rig.
Just got back home last night after being gone for a week, powered her up and straight away i noticed a "no keyboard detected" message when bios loaded. doh.gif Again the leds on the caps/scroll/numlock buttons stay lit with the board unresponsive.

Faulty hardware happens. Not any fault of yall over at Tankguys but I'm a bit hesitant to spend another $10 to ship it for RMA just to have it crap out once more. Any other options here besides sending it off to Michael again?

So I am curious though... two failures of the same nature, I wonder if it's partly the computer too? Sounds weird. In any case, as far as I've been told dealing with the Ducky RMA process is the way to go. I don't have a lot of the models in stock anymore to replace it with anyway, and I don't have the authority to do so. We can try arguing up the chain, but my guess is one more RMA round to be sure will be the answer.
