Do you even own any type of mechanical keyboard? And 2KRO is VERY noticeable, try crouching, walking forward, and switching between a gun all simultaneously which happens very often in the world of FPS. Go reread the mechanical keyboard guide again I would suggest.

Whoops sorry. I got on someone's nerves apparently. I'm sorry I got my facts wrong.
2KRO while typing is what I meant. Sorry for not being clear. I did say that the Black Widow has a gaming matrix that allows for over 2KRO. Chill.

EDIT: I was not aware owning a mechanical keyboard made you viable to know about them.

it's gaming matrix isn't all that special, it blows really badly out side of wasd.

You can still crouch, move forward, and weapon swap at the same time with 2kro because control (which is what crouch is in most games) is a modifier key and those arn't counted toward rollover

I was just explaining my side. I never said it was any good.

Well I have Shoprunner, so I have decided to go ahead and get the regular Ultimate from Newegg and give it a try since the Stealth is on backorder for 2 weeks. Then If I don't like it I can get free return shipping with Shoprunner and pick up the Stealth when it becomes available. I think this is one of those issues that the only way to figure it out is to jump in and try it out. Thanks for all the help guys.

They also sell it at best buy if you want to do the same thing.

Lol if only I had one close by that would make things so much easier. The closest one is over an hour drive away. weirdsmiley.gif Also Best Buy charges taxes where Newegg doesn't. Thanks for the tip though. +rep anyway. thumb.gif

BWU Stealth. Brown is a allrounder switch for newbies like you. It's excellent for typing, and good for RTS game like SC2, BF3.

Got the K90, giving it back.

What i didnt like:
- Very light keys, mx red (?), i could have lived with it, buts it makes a lot of noise
- Coating on keys, weird matte smooth feel, left finger print all over them got pictures on my thread about it. So it left marks and the feel of the keys weren't very nice.
- Though the "not all keys" mechanical wasnt a big issue a bigger issue was back lighting, not consistent which made it look pretty bad.

For a keyboard thats £104 I want near perfection, otherwise I'm fine with my secondhand logitech wireless, its brilliant, had for 5 years and after i switched back to it, i knew i had to send the k90 back.

Overall my biggest gripe was the feel of the keys, for me not nice at all, others love it. Glad theres a distance selling policy so I can send back, at my own cost, but i'll get my £104 back.

So i never liked the idea of spending alot money on a keyboard, the g510 was way too expensive, but I thought the k90 would be a good worthwhile upgrade even at £104, but now im considering the g510.

Ok so I just got in my new Blackwidow Ultimate. First impressions are the keys feel fine, but people aren't kidding when they say it is loud. lol On the other hand this is one gorgeous keyboard. The backlighting is the best I have ever seen! I am not having any issues with double tapping, like some people often mention with the MX Blue switches. Also I have seen people have issues with the space bar hitting the Alt keys. My space bar has ample room between it and the Alt keys, so perhaps Razer has addressed this issue in their newer builds? Anyway if anyone has any questions about this keyboard, just let me know and I would be happy to answer them to the best of my ability. I still haven't made up my mind if this is the keyboard for me. I will just haft to see if the sound is not going to be too much for me. For comparison, this keyboard makes my G15 seem like a quiet keyboard lol.
