So I got a new mobo/processor/RAM about a month ago and got my three drives (64GB SSD w/ W7, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD) working no problem. A week after that I RMA'd my mobo & PSU because they were busted. Fast forward to now, all parts returned, and set up my rig once again.

As soon I installed Windows 7 x64 I changed the "PCH SATA Control Mode" to AHCI (There was something in BIOS called "GSATA3 Ctrl Mode" which I left IDE); while both my SSD's are recognized no problem, I can't get the HDD to get recognized. Even last week when I used my old mobo/proc/RAM and the BIOS were set to IDE it wouldn't detect the HDD (I have blue cables connected to my SSDs, and the traditional red ones connected to my CD rom & HDD). I moved the SATA cable to different ports on the mobo to no avail. Any suggestions?
