EVGA GTX275 artifacts

So this morning I turned on my PC, and I had horizontal red lines on my monitor. When it booted to the Windows logo, it had red dots everywhere. The red dots went away, but they were blue/white on the background. Is my card dying? I'm going to do a test after a bit of homework, but if it is dying, how long will I have till I have to replace it?

It is, but has a lot of dust. Going to run to Office Depot and get some air cans

Hi Jattditutti, that doesn't sound too good for the graphics card. If cleaning the fan with the compressed air doesn't help, best to put it in a second PC to see if you have the same problem. If so, the card has died unfortunately by the look of it.
