I like the look the cpu and did't really see a big performance difference between the blocks like you said. Any good quiet fans you can suggest? will there be any flow restrictions? ( added a picture)

It's definitely a pain to get tubing on when using oversized barbs, if looks are important and you don't like any of the various hose clamps I'd get compression fittings, I know a lot of people have success with oversized barbs but I'm fairly cautious. For tubing, I'd say take a look at Tygon Norprene. It's not flashy by any stretch, being matte black, but it's pretty much the lowest maintenance you can get for tubing. Make sure to go with a 1/8" wall, as the thinner tubing does tend to kink, but 1/2" ID 3/4" OD or 3/8" ID 5/8" OD aren't bad to work with at all. If you're planning on a lot of tight bends, I'd go with 3/8" ID in general, it has a tighter bend radius than larger tubing while being large enough to have essentially no performance drop from 1/2" ID.

I think im going with cheaper compression fittings because this is my first water cooling set up.

12x Compression fittings

Whats a good way connecting all three rads together? should i use 45 or 90 degree fittings?
To get any kind of a decent profile with that stand, you're going to want 90's, but to be honest, I'm not sure I'd run a single 655 for everything in that setup, especially once you start throwing close 90's and such. Just a quick look at the flow spreadsheet, running 3 radiators and 3 blocks is going to be quite a bit of restriction. I'd probably run a pair of 655's in series.

As for fittings, take a look at these, they're cheaper than the koolance and IMO have a cleaner look to them. They've got a variety of finishes, depending on what suits you.

Depends on your budget. I personally aim for silence, i can't afford to fork out 20+ per a fan. I have used 120mm yateloon medium(5$ fan, that does quite well with fan controller)

I'm a college student so my budget isn't that great. I'm aiming for silence and performance, mostly silence but i still want to keep it pretty cool.

On a budget build it's awfully hard to go wrong with Yate Loons, in the dirt cheap department they're tops and they come in your choice of speeds for whatever volume you prefer.

yateloon is what you want, you can choose different speed , "low, medium, high" all cost the same.
