Can ATI Bios Corruption be fixed?

Hey guys I have an ATI Radeon HD 6570 and for some reason the bios got corrupted on the card, when i have it in my rig it will make it to the windows 7 boot screen but then the system will crash and my ATI is the only card it will do that with, what do I do? frown.gif

Your best bet is to flash the card with the original BIOS if you have it, or try to find it elsewhere, from a boot-USB drive or whatever you can utilize. Here is the website you can find the BIOS...

Sometimes you can still get into safe mode tho you messed up with the bios. Heard 6000 bios is signed if you mod it it will notice and refuse to boot into windows

If you cannot get into safe mode make a dos bootable flash device as bear said and use atiflash

Atiflash 0 -p -f bios.bin

Yes you can flash your bios in windows safe mode using atiwinflash as far as I know.

If this doesn't work, make a bootable flashdrive using hp drive key boot utility and copy your bios file and atiflash.exe into it and run the command in dos.
