Watercooling Temps

Hey everyone, I'm sorry about the are my temps okay thread. But I'm a little concerned about my loop I installed. I recently installed an XSPC RS240 Rasa kit. My idle temps on the cores range from 35-40C and under load 55-60C. I am running my i7-959 at 4GHz (1.3V). I have the two fans that came with the kit set to pull from the outside and push over the radiator. I have also tried tilting my system back and forth to try and get any air out but that hasn't seemed to help. Are these temps okay? Is there anything I can do short of buying new fans to improve my temps?

Thanks!

What are your ambient temps? I'm fairly new to water cooling myself, but the load temps look decent enough depending on your ambient temperature and water temps. I just redid some of my loop the other day and spent over an hour tipping my case back and forth to almost no effect trying to bleed air from the radiator.I finally just unscrewed the radiator and flipped it around a bit while it was running. Just had to be careful not to pull too much on the tubes.

Im not sure what the ambient temps in my dorm are I'm guessing between 70 and 75F. Ill try flipping my rad around tonight and see if that helps. Thanks.

How recent was recent for the install? Temp wise you are fine for the OC with that 240. If you started to see anything in the 80's then you would want to expand the Rad area.

ok I wouldn't worry about it to much I have the same kit on an OC'd 4.8ghz CPU and I sit at 70c under full load. Move the rad around just to make sure there isn't an air bubble sitting in there but you are by no means at any risk with what temps you are reporting.

My 930 at 3.8/1.34v runs the exact same even with a 480+240.
