P67/Z68/SATA 6gbs

Needing a motherboard recommendation. Looking for a P67 or Z68 1155 board that can handle four SATA III SSD's on the same controller. I've been looking at so many but I keep finding one that supports four but on different sata controllers. The ASUS boards seem to use the Marvell which from what I read, isn't recommended. Any suggestions. Basically, I have four SSD drives and I want them in RAID 10. My current set up allows me to use up to 6 SATA III drives but so far I haven't been able to find an Intel board that can do the same.

I use the P67 Deluxe from ASUS and I have 3 SSDs on the 6GBs without any problem. Not sure where you said it was not recommend but it works fine...

I believe there isn't one

Nearly all boards have 4 3gbs sata connectors that can configure raid 10 and I have seen 1 asrock board than has 4 sata 3 6gbs connectors but it doesn't support raid on them

I think your going to be out of luck

Can I ask why you need to have 4ssds in raid 10?

Intel P67 and Z68 only have 2 SATA 6 Gbps ports. What you are looking for doesn't exist. ASRock Z68 Fatal1ty has 4 SATA 6 Gbps powered by ASMedia ASM1061 but it doesn't support RAID (in fact, I don't think Marvell controller supports RAID as well).

Your best bet is to buy yourselves a RAID card.

I think I'm going to sell my 60's and get two 128gb M4's. AMD 990FX boards have what I need, like my Sabertooth, but I'm done with AMD. Thanks for the input. I'm leaning toward another Sabertooth. P67.
