I know you are wanting to use PWM fans. But since you having a hard time mounting those fans to the 200mm radiator. Maybe you could just buy, and test out this fan. Look very promising, and your MOBO should be able to control it with voltage regulation. It also comes in different sizes, colors, and LEDs if you want.

I might try that. I'm going to try my first idea with the 4x120mm about an inch away from the radiator first, but I may try your idea too just to compare temps. How variable are fan speeds when controlled with voltage regulation?

In... mostly because I have been thinking of adding the Phobya 200. This should be very nice.

As for the fans, you could always make a ducting going to the rad and have the fans on the duct...

It would be very ugly with my skills. I'm not overly concerned with the looks up at the front, but I'll see what my temperatures are like with my current setup first.

Decided to do all radiators on intake with four exhaust fans on the door, then changed my mind because I hate door-fans. I'm doing push-pull exhaust on the bottom 120 rad and push exhaust on the back 120. I know that'll sacrifice temps, but I really hate disconnecting the fans every time I need to take off the door.

I have three more tubes to install before I start testing for leaks. I'll put some pics up later.

Question: The dragon ice liquid says not to dilute with water...is that to force me to buy more, or will it really mess with the solution (other than making it less white)?

Here are some pics I took with my cell phone before leak testing. I'll start using the DSLR after I get everything put together:

Looks good. What pump you using?? You have a lot of radiators and 2 blocks to push through. Might be a lot of resistance.

Also, maybe you could rotate your 200mm radiator 90 degrees. Then raise your reservoir a little and make it shoot strait into the 200mm radiator.

Big thing, where is your pump(5.25 bay I assume) and which direction does it flow?? Is it reservoir>pump or the other way around?? It is recommended to have you pump that way, reservoir>pump, because it will make noise the other way around, harder to keep the pump primed with water, and may make it harder to fill. BUT if your pump is higher than your reservoir, and pulling water out of the top, your pump could suck in air, which is bad for it, and will make it very noisy, raise your temperatures, and kill the pump.

As for exhausting the hot air out. I am using the back 120, and a 120 in the 5.25 bay both exhausting the hot air out. One play I am thinking about putting fans, is behind where the 3.5 cages went. That open area on the MOBO panel is almost the perfect size for 2x120 fans. Plus its faces away from me, as I also hate fans on the panels.
