Hoping for a few more suggestions

Hey guys and gals,

So recently I decided I wanted to make an HTPC and a few people tried to talk me into getting something premade. My initial argument was that they were too costly and I'd rather build something myself. (At the time not really knowing about Zotac or Jetway offerings.) Now I've backed myself into a couple corners and am not really sure what I want to do. I was hoping maybe if I asked you guys for some advice I could make a better decision as to what to drop my money on.

So I guess I should mention what I want the box to do... Basically the TV we have is an older 720p monster rear projection type deal with VGA and DVI inputs. I'll be playing a collection of 700mb - 1gb MKV's from a fileserver in another room, Netflix, Hulu, surfing the web, and finally The occasional sticking a friend on that and letting them use it to play some random game. (IE they come over and don't have a laptop or something.)
Games in question would be Minecraft, Starcraft II, and possibly random MMO of the month. smile.gif

So my starting point was hitting Newegg and looking at their HTPC barebones setups. Specifically the Shuttle series little brick boxes. My budget caps at about $400 for this project. I'd like to see it stay below $350 though. As a result of that I was looking at this guy:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856101115

Looked like it would be good for gaming with a Phenom II and a decent GFX card slapped in there. Problem that I saw initially was the PSU and the fact that if I was to use that setup it wouldn't exactly be a low power/quiet system probably.

Which got me started looking at the book sized boxes in hopes that someone had something like an i3/Phenom wrapped up in a custom shell with decent gaming graphics. But I've mostly given up on finding something like that for less then my entire budget two fold. However what I did find were these two options from Zotac:

http://www.zotacusa.com/zbox-id80.html

Problem is I'm not sure how well they would preform for gaming. I did however get some benchmark scores for the Graphics components which do not sound all that encouraging:
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+6320
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GT+520M

So I guess where I am now is wondering if someone can point me to something better? Or make suggestions for a build that I could make with a few hundred bucks of parts on Newegg and stuff I might already have laying around. (IE Hard drives. I'd prefer to not pay flood demand prices on those right now. >.<) I would like to have a smaller case. The little brick cases wouldn't be bad assuming I can fit a graphics card in them if needed. I'm not really trying to "Put it in something" so dimensions are open to suggestion I guess. smile.gif I'm probably going to try and hide it behind the monster of a TV that we have. Or put it off to the side somewhere.

Anyway thanks in advance for any suggestions you guys might be able to make.

I might suggest a

Pentium 620 - $60
mATX board - $50-60
4 gig DDR3 - $20
Radeon 5450 fanless - $20 AMIR
HTPC case - $60
350W PSU - $40 (can get a sparkle or seasonic for that)
DVD burner - $18

All for under $300

GPU depends on whether or not you want to hear a fan
