Smells like BD fail all over.
Random guy: BD IS GOOD HE JUST NEEDS TO USE ALL 8 CORES, WHICH ARE ONLY USED IN SOME PROGRAMS.
"Us": Yea... In some cases it is trying to beat the i5 2500k and in other cases its trying to beat the 2600k... these 2 previous ones are solid performers btw...
Random guy: THATS BECAUSE TEH PROGRAMS DONT USE BD NEW INSTRUCTION SET
"Us": Well thats a shame isnt it? Too bad we prefer a CPU that performs everywhere vs a CPU that needs a specific condition to perform to the level of the 2600k.
Random guy: !1!!111!11!1!!1!!!11111!
Nvidia: If they can do it we can do it. WE NEED PHYSICS!!11!!111!

Working with dev's is definitely proactive.
The issue is when dev's make a game run poorly on other hardware.
See the difference?

in worst case scenario you would need different cards for different games. We all lose.

Nvidia a while back, actually offered Physx to AMD. but they declined.

nvidia made physx this proprietary standard and all of the suden they'd give it to their competitor?

Here's what I gather: GK104 is going to suck royal a** in non physx games, but be stupid fast in physx games.

In essense, GK104 is nvidia's bulldozer. Complete failure (IMO of course)

yes but thats if this BS is true cant believe anyone is believing this....
also i cant see nvidia making a new card so dedicated to physx that it sucks in all else, their cards now kill it in physx yet are pretty awesome at most other games too why would this be any different.
fake article is fake
