Confusion with FM1 CPU/Mobos

Thread Starter
I'm a little confused on how integrated graphics works on these. My friend is thinking of pairing this mobo and CPU:

He needs integrated graphics. Would this work? It says "Onboard Video Chipset: None" on the specs, but I'm guessing this is just a weird tidbit related how the graphics are integrated onto the CPU instead of mobo chipset?

Correct.
New AMD chips have a built in low/mid power GPU suited for media and some mild gaming at reasonable settings.
Its called an APU, and I forget the discrete equivalents at the moment.

EDIT:
That isnt really a motherboard I would recommend, but its not bad either.
