Yup omg. I just bought an antec neopower 480W on the recommandation of my friend who told me it was enough to power my system (specs in sig) and my new radeon x1900xt. Yet I arrived home unplug my old thrusworthy FSP 350W and plugged the neo in and I boot up my computer every fans or whatever is running but yet my computer wont boot correctly. At first I was like omg I knew it wasn't enough to power my x1900xt so I unplugged the card but back my old nvidia 6200. Boot up some kind of weird LED on the power button of my computer flashes like crazy then the computer went off then back on then off like that looping for about 2 minutes until I turned off the switch. I then unplugged it and back my FSP 350W boot it up no problem. But why would my neo would't work?? I mean I really don't get it except I may think it's busted but then again I ain't an expert and I can't really tell. Anyways was 480W enough to power up my computer in the first place?? I also noticed that my mobo has a 24 pin connector.. but my FSP connector only had 20 pins and yet it worked flawlessly. But the neo has a 24 pin connector and it fit right in it but I noticed that in one of those 24 connector there was a missing wire or something like one of the pin was empty! I was like ***? Maybe that is the problem in the first place. But like I said i'm not an expert and I can't tell so thats pretty much why I wrote this thread in the first place XD

Ya I have the same thing as you but though by computer just won't boot with it (I tried it again) and it's start then 10 seconds later goes off 10 seconds later starts for 10 seconds goes off always looping like that ... I must admit I really don't get it. I also tried back with my x1900xt and without the 12V rail the red LED on it lights up (like if it was working) and if I put it on it doesn't. Yet I can see the fan working on it so as everything in my computer but then again the looping start back WITH or WITHOUT my x1900xt (I guess that must be what's taking most of the juice) I'm gonna RMA it tommorow I don't know if I need something MORE powerful tho cause i'm building a Conroe gaming rig but dont have the intention of going crossfire/sli.

Yep, there's really nothing you can do but RMA. Maybe i'm just weird, but I'm hearing a lot more RMAs of Antec PSUs these days...

Sigh I hate myself. Ok I'm gonna explain why I kind of bought it from a known shop (I can't buy online since I dont have a credit card ) and they don't want to give me another one or another PSU since they say I can't prove its busted and they want me to bring my computer so they can make it "work". Honnestly I won't bring my computer because I don't really trust them anymore. Anyways I had some spare time and decided to investigate further more. First of all tell me why but the original psu that came with my computer is an FSP 350W (I still wonder how I can run my computer with that but anyways) and it is 20 pin ATX (in an 24 pin mobo) and so far it worked well (more than 1 year). Also a friend of mine told me that maybe resetting the CMOS would help (I honnestly don't see how). I must admit I didn't try it yet but that is because I saw something that is really intriguing (SP?) and I wondered if it was normal. On my ATX connector the 10th pin has not one but two 12V(yellow) wires connected into it and on the 19th pin there's two 5V(red) wires connected into it. I'm wondering if it's normal because from what i've seen on googled picture it's not.

That is completely normal. Just took out my old Antec 550 Watt TP II and it is built the exact same way. Also, the pin that has no wire to the left of the red one that has two wires, that is normal also.

I would take afer staples and see if you cant jumpstart the PSU to make sure it is working correctly. Also, as strange as this is going to sound, some motherboards and powersupplies do not play well together, so that could be your problem.
