[Physorg]Self-guided bullet prototype can hit target a mile away - Page 13

It's a bullet though. Chemical based agents are where it's at these days. Silent killers.

I think we should just use CO2 lasers!

I mean we're going to be killing people anyways, why not do it in the most painful ways possible!

That is the nature of most men. Look at this community for a good example of that. The SKS is a neat little toy, and I am glad that you could pick up as many as you wanted for $100.00 a piece back in 05 and 06.

Yeah...I had couple myself. Every birthday and Christmas I would always get a few rifles or pistols. Most of them just went into the gun room and were seldom fired...many probably never have been. Funny thing is that no one ever got me a shotgun. I had to go out and get those myself (well technically make my father go get them)

Heh...you can turn pretty much anything into sausage and it will be good though.

and when I lived in South Dakota and hunted there was a lottery system for deer tags. You could try for a "Buck" tag, but it was a risk that they wouldn't get any tag at all...you could try for the "Any deer" and have an even less chance of getting a tag but be able to shoot a buck or doe. The last option was the "Double Doe" tag. You were guarantied to get two tags and you could only shoot does...but you could shoot two of them. That was more steaks, burger, and jerky in the freezer. That is all I cared about.

Heh, I was so shocked when I was living in North Carolina. I got 5 tags for anything. I then since I was military I was able to get another 5 tags for on base hunting. 10 deer! The trouble was that most of the deer down there were the size of a lot of dogs I've seen

I lived in Alabama for a while back in 06-08 and during that time they had an overgrowth of deer and ferrel hog, which meant no limit and almost no season restriction in 07[at least my game warden buddy was saying they where not enforcing it that year in our area] . I could have literally open up my laundry room window and hit a 6-8 point buck several times.

The thing that makes about any sausage good is the pig fat that most processors use to make it, and the MSG in the seasoning.

Before if you were gonna go to war, you (better) believed in your cause because your life was on the line, now it's "lock and forget" and "I killed you from my couch". In all these years of weapon research, there is one thing that never changed and that is the human body and its resistance to injury, I hope my taxes aren't funding this crap.

War isn't supposed to be a game at all, let alone a game of skill. It doesn't matter how you kill another human being, they're just going to be dead at the end of the day. Advancements like this will make war quicker and easier, regardless of any "pride" you may or may not feel.

With the ability to adapt with crosswind? That's insane and incredibly OP haha
We don't need to spend our money and stupid things like this IMO:p

depends how cheap they could make it. If the cost doesn't come down we could just as well use missiles or rockets as anti-personnel weapons. I got yelled at if I was using a 25mm round for something that was not a vehicle...just because rounds were very expensive for my rifle...not in real trouble or anything because I had to do what I had to do, but they wouldn't be happy to have me come back low on ammo.
