Need help fast

Thread Starter
OK, so here's the deal. My computer crashed somehow and I'm not sure if it's the HD's or the MB. When I boot up with my Windows CD, it will format the HD and install the setup files. But my computer wont recognize my HD when it is booting up, so I cant finish the instalation. And when I go into my BIOS it wont recognize my HD's, but when I go into my RAID config it will. What do you all think is wrong with this???

Cleat the CMOS and see if the hard drives come back.....Was this a RAID array to start? If so...What type? 0, 0+1

They were mirrired before. And I tried to add them in the BIOS, but they arent detected. I've also tried to do them individually, but the same problem occurs. I just tried an old IDE HD that I had and it worked, so I'm not sure what to think.

If they were mirrored before then you should have gotten a drive failure alarm when you booted? Are you trying to add the second drive? Let me know

You need to get the Drivers for your Controller from the manu's site. They will install when you press F6 at the beginning of the setup (it'll say).
