I think I may end up buying this case in the end. I have some questions, I hope you guys can answer for me!

It really looks like that most of the people who buy this case buy it for watercooling. I don't plan on doing a custom water cool build, if anything, maybe after having my PC for a year I'll add a closed circuit watercooler from corsair or something. In the meantime, how is aircooling? I saw a review on AnandTech that really marked the case down because of noise and so-so air cooling capability. Since those are simulated tests, I'd like to know how you guys feel about the cooling in real world tests. can you give me some idle/load temperatures. I will mainly play BF3 on a GTX 570. What temperatures am I likely to get on an i5, non OCed CPU just on air cooling?

I was on air before moving to water cooling. I had an i5 and sli gtx670s. On air, Idle for both CPU and GPUs was 30 degrees. While load CPU and GPUs were at low 60s. CPU was OC'ed to 4Ghz on stock voltages which is easily done and quite the standard from these forums. During idle, noise level is very low but still audible with case fans running at 1150rpm. I set my GPUs to ramp up to 70% fan speed during gameplay. But since I play with headphones on, I don't notice the noise but my family members can hear my PC from outside in the hallway. LOL. That's one of the reasons I switched to watercooling. I also had an H100 before my custom loop and my CPU temps during load were 50 degrees.

When you install all your parts into the case, you won't believe how much space you'll have left. But don't expect drastic temperature drops from getting a full tower case.

Hi together,

I was reading a lot of this thread and neither that nor the searchfunction, not even google could help me finding out if I'm the only one having a problem with the sidewindow of the s810.
After pulling off the protectionplastic from the window, it has some really anoying "waveshaped" spots on it, so when I don't look straight throug it, but a little bit from side, I don't get a clear view to the inside of the case:mad: Does anyone have the same problem? (maybe I overread it at some point... rolleyes.gif )
Is it just due to cheap acrylic? I didn't want to scrub it too hard, because the window is so sensitive for scratches....

I have that too. It looks blurry at certain spots.

The quality of the window is shocking, scratches, swirling and fog/misty spots, I will be replacing mine in the next couple of weeks as suggested in this thread with acrylic.
