After pulling off the protectionplastic from the window, it has some really anoying "waveshaped" spots on it, so when I don't look straight throug it, but a little bit from side, I don't get a clear view to the inside of the case:mad: Does anyone have the same problem? (maybe I overread it at some point... rolleyes.gif )
Is it just due to cheap acrylic? I didn't want to scrub it too hard, because the window is so sensitive for scratches....

Or you can pm XNine - the thread starter - as he is an NZXT rep - he's fixed several of this kind of issue with replacements.

Is there a way to replace it using the "locking" tabs on the panel, or just cutting those off and slapping a piece of acrylic on it with some adhesive?

Not sure myself, will be trying the mod/replacement next couple of weeks, sure been completed in this thread as was suggested to me before xmas. Will be backwards reading myself for the conclusive instructions.

I have only ever dusted mine with a micro-fibre cloth and it has several scratches/swirls. Never even used a liquid or cleaner. Looks fine at night but in the day stands out. If you have a uv cathode that can also appear as fog for whatever reason, I had to move mine from the top to the side

Looking very nice indeed thumb.gifthumb.gif

You should have a lot of pride in that build.

Use the old window as a template to cut out the acrylic, then tape the template and window together, use something to mark the original tap slots. Then use a dremel rotary bit to cut little slits. the length doesn't matter as the taps will align the window as long as the width of the taps are similar to the original. Thats how i did mine. thumb.gif

The acrylic I used was 1/8", but I used non-glare acrylic and that was the thickest it came at the place I get my acrylic.
