I'd like to thank everyone on this forum, esp. jassilamba.
Through his (her? sorry!) help, I was able to use a coupon at Micro Center. I was able to buy the Switch 810, gun metal color, for $165. And by using some rewards that I saved up on my credit card, I was able to bring the price down to $125.
Here are some pics:

In the picture above, you can't really see it too well, but on the top right of the case, there's a pretty noticeable scratch. The scratch is only on the finish. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? I was thinking of using the rubbing compound they use to restore car headlights, because I think those are very low abrasive. Either that, or use this: Meguiar's Scratch X
Would either of those be safe?

And I have a few questions.
1) I ordered 3 Prolimatech PRO-BV14 and 1 CM R4-L4S-10AB-GP 140mm. What would be the best fan configuration for this case? Should all slots be full?

2) Any recommendations for an LCD fan controller? I was considering getting NZXT Sentry LX but I've become a bit hesitant, after reading about the problems many people experienced later on in the course of using the product. Does anyone have recommendations for an LCD fan controller? It can be either single or double slot expansions.

Thank you!

My (his) recommendation for the fan controller would be the Bitfenix Recon. It's a 5 channel fan controller, along with temp monitoring and my fav internet connectivity. You can check you temps, fan speeds, and adjust them from your smart phone or your PC (browser based and not app dependent).
Lamptron has some good fan controllers too.

And for the fans, what CPU cooler are you planning on using?

What are your thoughts on the Lamptron FC5V2?

As for the CPU cooler, I think I will be using stock atm, because I won't be overclocking. If I were to get one right now, I'd probably get the CM V6 GT?

Agreed its not enough, I just use it to control the loudest fans in my case (the Bgears 140), and the other 2 channels for the 1 fan on the 120 rad and the other to monitor the flow in the loop.
It was not easy to get that to mount, had to come with a clever new design for my 5.25 bay cage - its now case labs style bay mount plate.

Please dont mind the crappy zoomed in cell phone pic. I have some U channel sitting around that I'm gonna use to cover up those rough edges.

That looks good, has 30W per channel so I say you can control about 2 ~ 3 fans per channel. And it looks good to. I have not used Lamptron fan controllers so I cannot speak regarding them in terms of how they work.

I would NOT recommend the recon at all!!!
The only reason I haven't ripped it out of my rig and chucked it is because I can't physically get to the fan wires anymore. That this is garbage if I've ever seen it. The touch screen barely works (maybe a quarter if the time) and that ridiculous beeping on boot. I shut it off but it keeps randomly resetting and beeping again. Also, the screen is fairly bright, so I mounted it like a stealth CD drive and pushed it back into the the drive bay so I can cover it. God I hate the thing. I wanted the fc5v2 but didn't have $60 at the time. I can't imagine it not being worth the extra money now though.

I have not had those issues yet with mine. Sucks that it did not work out for you. I mainly picked it up for the internet connectivity.
