yeah thumb.gif matte black smile.gif it's not only the most nice color, it's also not so sensitive to fingerprints like a glossy one probably is. (don't know as I only have the matte black version)
Gunmetal looks also nice but it's not easy to fit it in a color scheme... and matte black is just THE color wink.gif

NZXT just sent me a satisfaction survey for a ticket I opened months ago. I would be more than glad to provide feedback but it would be nice if NZXT even responded to my ticket once...weirdsmiley.gif

Ok, I'm almost embarrased to ask this question (since I've own 2 Switch 810 cases for awhile now), but here goes.

Where would I connect this "Sata" connector that comes from the I/O panel in my systems?

I just can't seem to figure that out, and the instruction manual don't really say, and both of my rigs using the 810 are working nicely with it just dangling.

The reason I ask now is because I've taken out the I/O panel in my "Muzzle Flash" build to start to custom sleeve all the wires in the case, and I just can't for the life of me figure out what to do with it. It's coming from the part of the I/O board that is attached to the mini-board that houses the headphone, microphone, reset switch, and "LED" switch. I know it has nothing to do with the first three parts. To be honest, I haven't pressed the LED switch to see if that has anything to do with it (maybe power?).

So what does this "Sata" connector go/do?

It's the power cable for the I/O LED's. smile.gif As great of a feature as this is, I really don't use it all that often if ever.

It's to power the LEDs at the back by your IO ports. Just plug it in to any of your SATA cables from your PSU and you're good to go.

Same here. To be honest I never even considered getting an 810 until the matte black came out. tongue.gif

Are any of you using the NZXT HUE or have used it before in this case? I'm thinking of keeping the white fans and getting white sleeved extensions and then use the HUE to reflect off the extensions and fans. That, in turn, will essentially allow me to have any colour extensions in my case.

So, is the HUE bright enough to do this?

Thanks for the answers on the connector question. That is what I thought it had to be, but I just wanted to make sure.
