Xnine is great when it comes to customer service, he gets things done, and honestly mate I'm not sure if NZXT knows how important of an asset you are to them. I opened a ticket on their support website, and never once eve got a response to that. Other then just having someone close it on their end, and then send me a customer satisfaction survey.

Jason you da man, and honestly is there a way we can let NZXT know how great you are. (some place where an email will be read).

What a large part of the story is, we had a CS Rep who took over for the old CS Rep, who in turn didn't process the tickets correctly. So, the old CS guy is back, and everyone from the top on down (including me) are working CS tickets now to get everything caught up and taken care of.

So, while I know things like this can be very frustrating, you should know that EVERYONE at NZXT cares, and have been working extremely hard the last few weeks to get things back to what they're supposed to be.

And again, I do appreciate the comment, I would just be happy seeing us getting everything caught up. Until that happens (and it should, pretty soon), I just ask that people be patient. As someone who's been in this community longer than I've worked in it, I wouldn't work for a company that didn't care about the community. We're just going through some growing pangs and once we get caught up I have no doubt that things will go smoothly from there on out.
