or
Dual Corsair 120mm sp120 - http://www.corsair.com/us/cpu-cooling-kits/air-series-fans/air-series-sp120-high-performance-edition-high-static-pressure-120mm-fan.html

The noctua only max out at about 1200rpm while the corsair max out above 2000rpm. I don't know whether fan size is relevant or not.
I will definitely use a fan controller to crank up the voltage while gaming.

I'm bias so I am saying Corsair SP...Noctua are too ugly for me...Yes, looks does matter.. Also, since were talking about fans. Got some components today. Testing out rad fans w/ Lamptron Touch before installation to my Switch.

- really glad to see that these Helix are close to the rated 1800rmp and they are pretty silent also....

- really impressed with these Noiseblocker eLoops as well. These fans are rated at 1900rpm and pretty much right on....Yes, these fans are "stated" to be PUSH fans only.....but will see how they work....

Quick question...I tested all fans individually on the Lamptron and all were pretty dead on their respected RPM speed. However, when I put 2 or 3 fans together using a 3-way splitter....RPM went down. Just wondering is this normal.....Lamptron Touch at 30 watts per channel so I was way under this when connected 2 or 3 fans. Thoughts.

So I guess dual Corsair 120mm SP120 is better than dual Noctua 140mm AF-A14FLX in terms of performance excluding loudness?
Deppends what you want it for, if you want them for a rad, go for the SP-120's, if you want them as case fans, go for the Noctua.

How is the fan wired? Btw how do you like that fan controller? I was thinking of getting it to replace my recon.

fans are connected using Bitfenix 3 pin splitter. 3 to 1. Example 3 Bgear Blaster are 16.2 watts together at rated 1800rpm. When 3 of them connected to one channel, the rpm was around 1500-1600rpm. Just wondering is this normal??

Hmm. Didn't see that.
I'd see if 1 fan runs at full rpm, then add a 2nd, if they run at full rpm then add #3. If that doesn't run at full rpm, id try swapping fans to see if one of those is pulling the line down. Just a suggestion.

Edit: I noticed those fans run at 1800rpm @ 13v - I dont have the touch, but Im assuming you only have 12v going in, so I'm not sure where that extra volt is coming in for 13v, unless there is some internal amplification.

Ya, that is what I have done. I am fine if the rpm is not to full rated rpm. When I tested all of the Bgear Blaster, they were all very close to the rated 1800rpm. To be specific all of the Bgears were around 1700-1730rpm. So, I just assumed that when connecting 3 of them...I would be at 1700-1730 rpm but instead I was more to 1600-1700rpm...I mean yes were talking very minor differences here....I am just wondering if I am to expect a drop in RPM when connecting more than 1 fan to a channel. Again, I am using Bitfenix 3pin adapter w/ 3pin extension......
