I was thinking of getting a Switch 810, but wasnt sure if the following setup would work:

Switch 360 rad with push/full fans

but in the drive bays:

NZXT Sentry Mesh fan controller (about as long as a normal ODD)
ODD
XSPC dual bay res/pump combo

The only thing Im worried about is that the 360 rad will be too long and I wont be able to fit all 3 drive bay parts

Could someone with the case please check and lmk if that would work or not?

Thanks smile.gif

You listed them perfectly. It will all fit thumb.gif

(note, the fan controller might be the same size as an ODD, but it doesn't go back very far, the rest of it is empty space)

Its 5mm and all you do is take the top off, take off the led off the small plastic piece with hotglue holding it and get a tailed 5mm LED and plug to the mobo, and done.

Make sure you get a tailed cable thats long enough, I got 2 pre-made for 30 inches.

I even changed the LEDs on the mobo back to red as well smile.gif

Thats my case in the pic smile.gif

Send me a PM, I'll give you a sneak preview of what I'm working on with it thumb.gif

Yeah, I love the LX, exp since I have a custom powder coated WHITE version! However, something is up with mine. no longer resets, and the damn temp alarm spuraticly goes off.. (1.5 beeps) thats right, 1 and a half beeps, then stops. even though my temps are never over 32.7c.... Guess my unit is busted.

Oh 57 pages is a lot to rake through lol..

Just picked up a Switch 810 yesterday.. trying to do some eyeballing before I process my order for my water gear...

Here was my Initial thought to cooling for this case

355

RX360 up top with heavy duty Noctua NF-F12's exhausting pulling air through the rad

RX240 in bottom (cant decide on fans for the push/pull that would go with the case (looking for no led / no color (other than brown/white/black)

Now I see a lot of guys have a 30mm rad up top and can easily fit push pull.. This rig will have a 3930k on water along with 2 GTX680's.. my thought was to go thicker rad rather than thin with an extra fan.. had it suggested personally as well by a notable tiny British reviewer..

However, you guys are the go to.. people who have personally had hands on, creating your own masterpieces.. thoughts?

EDIT: Thinking about going with the NZXT Sentry Mix.. the simplicity of the look really is gonna work for me
For right now I have a Corsair AX850 in.. havent found quality cable extentions yet to get the green I want, anyone had success with a really vibrant green (but not limey, less yellow if you know what I mean)

EDIT 2: Lol yeah Im the guy sitting in the forums hitting refresh.. trying to get this figured out so I can place orders today before I head out of town for a bit, on the fan controller side.. I love the Sentry Mix.. I want that look.. but I would like a small digital readout of temps as well.. anyone ran into something that might meet that?
