Well that's how much they are everywhere. Also it's probably more than that to get it custom sleeved completely. But yeah it's a lot for some cables. Glad I found it on the forums lol

Hey Xnine did you go to any of the Pax shows? or are you going?
I had no idea one was even coming to Boston. So bummed out about it.
Take Care MybadOmen

Well, if you want to break it down, yeah, 4 sections, but it's really two main sections then the small stuff, just like the front panel. Never been to a PAX show, and not sure if I'll ever get the chance. I do work for NZXT but I don't live near HQ, which is in Cali. I'm in Colorado, so unless they have a show here, I don't think I'll be going anywhere. Retell wouldn't want me to go take all of his ladies, anyway. tongue.gif

Next day, someone on EVGA put em BRAND NEW online for $70, I cancelled original order and got em for $70 thumb.gif

Eck. For 110 I got a ton of MDPCX sleeve, shrink, odds and ends, and I have enough for 2-3 more builds.

What, you wouldn't want to spend 8-12 hours sleeving cables?! That's ludicrous! tongue.gif I completely understand. Half way through doing a PSU I always swear that next time I'm just going to go pre-sleeved, but I never do. It hurts the fingers a lot... ooooh, god, the pain of sleeving. Feel like *BLOOOOOOOP* from Kill Bill when her hands are mangled from punching through wood all day....

You and me both biggrin.gif Then I look at how much 100ft of paracord is ($15-20) vs. one custom extension from Lutro0 ($15-25), lmao.

Yeah and mdpc sleeve from him for one extension 24pin is like 65+10 shipping lol.
I'd like to try sleeving my own stuff, and I want to start with fan cables and sata data cables using mdpc, but I can never get on when it's open. I figure sata cables are a good place to start.
I also don't have many of the tools needed for sleeving like a pin remover or a crimper or heat gun, etc.
I figure I could get some ftw or para cord for a fan cable and try it so it's less $$ than mdpc

That's one thing I would also like to do is custom sleeve job for my PSU. Personally I like the look of paracord it's just a little finicky compared to mdpc sleeve.
Lots and lots of patience needed thumb.gif

The worst part of sleeving is getting the pins in and out. Getting them out though can be made easier if you have the right tool. Also helps if you don't mess up the color scheme when you are doing it and have to remove the sleeving. doh.gif
