Sorry for any confusion. Let me answer some questions.

I am going to be starting with three fans just because I need to buy the other three and havent decided exactly which fans I want yet. So your suggestion is to have the fans on top of the rad but pushing air into the case right? And with your suggestion I will have the front fans intaking air plus the top ones on the rad if in push pull that means the top fans pull air in and the bottom ones are just pushing the air into the case right so they really all go the same direction?
Lastly, any suggestions on having the powersupply fan going down or up?
Gonna take a look at your build log now
edit: I also did wanna say that I live in Arizona where it gets pretty hot especially coming into the summer if that matters and changes if I should intake or exhaust at the top

Push pull refers to having 6 fans on your rad. The top ones would push air through the rad and the ones on the bottom would be pulling it through. They will be going the same direction. As far as the PSU is concerned, I think most of them pull air in through the back and exhaust it through the fan on top. Having the fan up would mean the hot air from the psu will be going into the case. Pointing down will just throw the air out the bottom.

The temp in the room affect the temp of the rig. It will only be as cool as the air in the room.

I have a filter "modded" into the top fins so the dust get stuck there instead of going into my rad. I highly suggest that if you are going to pull in air at the top. With that filter in place, the inside of my case stays wonderfully clean. It is actually amazing how clean it stays.

No, the major one I was referring to was the x79 sabertooth board.

True, I didn't think of that. I also am curious if positive vs negative air flow affects water cooling like it does air cooling. If I recall, with air cooling, negative air pressure is usually a few degree cooler than positive. It may not make a huge deal to some, but it may to others. Just my thoughts. redface.gif

There are many theories on pos vs neg. I have used positive on most of my builds. I think that neg would be better for air. However, with watercooling pos is better, in my opinion, because it keeps the case clean on the inside and it is not going to really effect the temps since your water is cooled with air from outside going through your rads.

I can't be 100% (I am like 99%) sure myself since I haven't completed my build. Hopefully someone who has can confirm or deny what I said. thumb.gif
Edit: The rest of my goodies arrive tomorrow! biggrin.gif

Yes. I am not sure about the z77. Best thin to do is to install the mobo and measure. Should be at least 85mm of clearance which would be plenty for most set ups.

If I can fit an SR1 360 with push/pull AP-15s and a MSI Big Bang XPower, anybody should be able to get something in the top. tongue.gif

It is the only forum where I found an official post, and so great, this wonderful case.

He has little time to market (3 months), but is difficult and early to find people online with this case.

Here I put my photo gallery, with this big case.

I know and that is why i picked it. But the Gatling gun heatsink is massive, kind of like this board. tongue.gif

Edit: Well I also picked it for its name a bit. rolleyes.gif
