corsair just released a cool line of fans, that are color-customizable, and are probably easy to paint to your own colors thumb.gif I may get some rolleyes.gif
they have 120mm "quite" 120mm "performance" (the link I put in) and 140mm "quiet", as well as 120mm "high static pressure" versions

From a previous post.
Not sure if they come in white though.

I wanted to purchase the 800D, was buying online, but just at the moment, I saw this case, and directly I went for it.
I have see at many reviews, I made comparisons between the switch 810 and the 800D, and I've come to the conclusion that the two cases are very good, have the same possibilities, but the switch 810 is having more opportunities to be a new case, and with new ideas.
I have the impression that people do not recognize this, because NZXT is not as well known as Corsair, and also because they are more accustomed to the 800D to be a case oldest, and the switch 810 is very new on the market.
I know people who have changed the 800D, to switch 810, this must be a good sign for the new NZXT case.
I think the Switch is MUCH more prettier (in fact, I'm buying one biggrin.gif) than the 800D, but the quality of materials is what makes the 800D 100€ more expensive.

If they perform as well as the AP-15s, would be sicker on the white 810s. would make me wish i waited 2 months tongue.gif
EDIT: Out of Stock atm
Wow. They look fantastic. I really wanna know how they perform.

About the fan controllers, I do love Lamptron ones. They work flawlessly and the Touch matches the color scheme thumb.gif.

to the nzxt reps if i get another one and just a panel or 2 is damaged but nothing else can i just have replacement panels sent out instead of shipping yet another case as long as the frame itself is okay?? please let me know THANKS!!

Mine came with tons of damage on the box. UPS is kind of sucking lately with bigger boxes. Also got a video card that had major damage on the box from UPS.

i know, just thought id let people know. Also, the swiftech helix fans (AP-15 competitors) released, and they have better pressure and more airflow for $10 on swiftechs site, 10.99 on frozencpu

Have they actually been tested to have better pressure and more airflow or is that just based off of specs? There are plenty of fans with better specs than the GT fans, most end out worse in testing though. tongue.gif

im not sure, but I already have 6 GTs so I'm gonna pass unless I need some cheap replacements at some point, but gabe from swiftech (i know, its their fan lol) said during lab testing they were slightly beter than GTs. BUT, all I'm saying is:
if GTs are out of stock and these are similar at all, I'd probably buy these as they're $7 cheaper on average lol. and the blades are white thumb.gifthumb.gifthumb.gif

Your logic does make sense, very good sense. I would expect to see a difference in temperatures if we're talking about a large difference, maybe as in one loop holding 1 gallon of water with a small reservoir and then setting up the same loop with a larger res to hold 5 gallons. Maybe with that large of a difference, a notice in temperatures would definitely be visible, but even then, maybe a couple degrees? But when we're talking real world setups, and trying to decide between a 100mm and a 250mm res and asking yourself which one is better for temps, realistically I don't think there would be any sort of measurable difference.

Yeah, nothing too noticeable. My loop containts two 60mm reservoirs (120 overall), and I use about 1/4-1/5 of a gallon of distilled in my loop. I think you'll see a more dramatic difference, like you said, using a LOT of water, but phillyd is right, over a long period of time, once the whole loop reaches equilibrium, it won't matter.

Hey guys,

I finally had some time to take some mostly finished pictures of my Switch!

I hope you all like it. This is my first time water cooling or doing anything custom.

I am especially happy with several things:

1. My mounting of the water pump.

2. My mounting location for the SSD (the spacing for the thumb screw storage is perfect for an SSD)

3. Painting the fans gold.

4. My "Bottle Cap" seals for the water cooling ports on the back.

I am really happy with the look of the NZXT Mix fan controller as well as the NZXT 2M LED lights which I need to take a picture with in the dark with the PC and lights on as it looks great.

Hope you enjoy the pics!
