The front panel on mine sits flush if I push on it just a little bit harder.

Yeah that's it, its the black clicky thing, it just wont catch the front panel well.... I would ask for a replacement part, but ive spent way too much money on parts this month....shipping to Hawaii...SUCKS frown.gif

In my case its not the panel, if it was the panel, then one side of the catch claw would've been recessed, but its the same on both sides, its that black catch lever on the left side that doesn't hold onto the panel claw when pushed in.

Same thing happened to me, but on the top louver panel. Just call NZXT Support and they'll send you new ones to replace the broken ones for free. Very easy to remove and replace.

He says it cannot fit push/pull with 60mm rad, but I've done it with a 65mm rad so I am not sure what the issue is.

I believe it is dependent on the motherboard, if you have large heat sinks on the top of the motherboard like the Asus RIVE, Sabertooth, MSI Big Bang X-Power II. At least that is what I got from it.

Edit: I could be wrong, but that is my understanding.
