Well I've been using my switch for a couple weeks now. Love it, its a great case. I have a few niggles with mine though. The front mesh cover that pops off never sits in place right, the left side is bowed out slightly whereas the right side is flush with the rest of the case, quite annoying. Also my front panel USB connections weren't even in their place correctly. They were honestly so skewed out of line that you couldn't plug anything into them. Fortunately it was fixable, unfortunately for anyone that has taken those apart it is kind of a pain how they are screwed together.

Any tips on something I can try to get that front piece flush? It bothers me GREATLY.

what I do to solve that problem is press firmly on both "click" points at the same time. No, im not being an a-hole, I'm just suggesting what I do lol.
You probably tried that already though. For some reason, it works for me
post #4544 of 13812
Yeah I tried that already, thanks though. I don't think its a problem with the point that clicks in, I think the plastic is actually slightly warped. The left side won't click in no matter what.

I have tried popping that thing in every which way.

That looks awesome man. Almost exactly how mine is going to be setup except I have to mount my pump in between the bottom rad and res. Is that your drain line between the pump and bottom rad?

Yeah, that is my drain line. It works good. I actually had to use it while filling the loop. I am really happy with the temps I am getting.

Send a PM to one of the reps here on the forums (listed in the first post, I believe) I've heard GREAT things about their customer service, one of the reasons I shelled out a little bit more for a case than I was planning on.

Alright, so kinda weird issue here:
I got an email from NZXT RMA about my case for the mix fan controller buzzing issue. THis was what they said in the email:

"This message concerns your ticket #MKB-XXX-XXXXX. We have not received any response back from you in 48 hours, and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved. If you have any further questions, simply respond to this e-mail."

I am extremely confused, considering my actual RMA ticket that I can view online has no response from tech support...
So I messaged back that I havent responded to the ticket because they havent done anything with my RMA. so we'll see where it goes. So far, the forum reps are better than the actual tech support tongue.gif
