Always have filters on intakes , especially on top , another thing worth trying is going to be using the top one as an exhaust but run your loop so after the top ran it goes through the bottom one and then to our pumps, im just so worried about running hot air through a rad, odds are that air is warmer than the water going through the rad and your actually going to make it worse ( maybe dramatic but it sure wont cool so fast)
