Nope. I thought it was, looking at the pictures online. When I opened the package, I discovered that the ram is actually a chrome red.

A white Switch 810 showed up at my door today. Finding a place to mount the pump seems like the biggest challenge to designing a loop for this case. A pump bay res such as this one from XSPC looks like it would be fantastically convenient for solving that problem.

I am reluctant because I remember the noise my sig rig's D5 made before I decoupled it with a couple pieces of foam. It was not loud, but it was noticeable at any speed. Decoupled, it makes absolutely zero noise below speed setting 3.

I have never owned a pump bay reservoir, and I see alot of you have them in this case. Do you notice your pumps making noise?

Mine is quiet , I have an XSPC dual bay res , it hasnt been noisy at all so far, If you have to mount it somewhere buy some of that foam they have at dollar stores cut it to size so you cant see it and put one on both sides ( between the pump and the wall and behind the panel where the nuts are ( if your using nuts and screws.

Check my log in the sig for a D5 mounting location. I drilled 2 holes and its fine. literally NO noise, and its screwed directly to the MB tray on the case.

Please ignore the crappy cell pic. I wanted to do a build log for this, but didn't since I couldn't find my camera. frown.gif
Also, this is plain Jane stage 1. Stage 2 includes the external modifications and RGB led light strip. Stage 3 includes....well.....some other stuff that I'm still looking into that would be insanely badass if I could pull off. biggrin.gif
~edit~
And some individually sleeved extensions/cables thrown in there somewhere too. tongue.gif

Nice build.

I used some brackets made to fit the diameter of my cylindrical res...
