Alright. So somehow AOL lost the original message I sent customer support at NZXT, but basically it went like this:

"My top panel was busted on shipping, didn't care because I was gonna replace it, please let me know how I can purchase a white top panel for a Switch 810. Not asking for a replacement, since my case is black, and this isn't technically an RMA."

Ryan C from the RMA office replies:


"Your replacement part request for a Switch White Top vent have been submitted and approved. Please allow us to process and ship this part to you within 1 - 5 business days. A tracking number will be updated on this ticket as soon as your package is shipped.

Edit: Note that I didn't even get a chance to send them pictures of the damaged top. I was asking to buy one.

Well I wish better luck to you than for me. I pm'd for a replacement top panel also over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. It was supposed to have shipped then but I don't think it would take 2 weeks to ship...

PM'd or sent a ticket in through the NZXT website? If you want things done you always go through a company's website where they have a set of documented procedures to deal with this stuff. My tracking number was already given to me and it's in the mail and halfway here. I am a happy person.

I have no doubt about that, but actually getting something done, I've found the reps to be better.
The ONLY way I got to talk to anyone from real support was through chat, nobody responded to my ticket. but enough about that, lets talk about games, watercooling, and the switch!

probably on its way , xnine has been very quick and reliable so far with legit rma's , dont know of anyone that hasnt gotten what they needed .. Has to be some reason why its taking longer but I definitely wouldnt rush to blame the reps ( not that you are ) because theyve been more than helpful so far.
