Alright. So somehow AOL lost the original message I sent customer support at NZXT, but basically it went like this:
"My top panel was busted on shipping, didn't care because I was gonna replace it, please let me know how I can purchase a white top panel for a Switch 810. Not asking for a replacement, since my case is black, and this isn't technically an RMA."
Ryan C from the RMA office replies:
"Your replacement part request for a Switch White Top vent have been submitted and approved. Please allow us to process and ship this part to you within 1 - 5 business days. A tracking number will be updated on this ticket as soon as your package is shipped.

Edit: Note that I didn't even get a chance to send them pictures of the damaged top. I was asking to buy one.
