Hopefully its rare and this isn't a sign of things to come because I've got 8 more spectre pro's in my build. They do have pretty good specs with a very good price which is why I decided to try them. I just can't seem to talk myself into buying case fans for $20 each or more...seems like a total rip off and waste of money to me. JMO

Fan blades don't just break, and when they do, it's not 3 at once. This is our first incident that 3 blades broke in one RMA.

I had that happen to me once, back when I had a Lian Li K62. The rear exhaust fan made this awful noise and made everything vibrate... It was a fan blade from one of the stock fans. I've only ahd that happen once, but, it happens. I wouldn't say their fans are poorly made, I've heard lots of good things about BF fans.

That is perculier!

I love my BF Spectre's - cheapest quiet fan I've ever had, no bearing noise at all when run at low voltage... The non-LED versions however, a different story wink.gif I'm a sucker for bearing noise and the LED version is outstanding.

Yeah I like BF also and in my case the only one that broke did so because it was mounted outside my case on a rad and obviously I would touch it while it was running everytime I used my computer ... I did have an nzxt one in my guardian case snap a blade and it got stuck in the shroud and took out 2 more blades though , sounded like a machine gun in burst fire.

Well I just say that cause I got some pre sleeved cables and some led's from them for my girlfriend's rig and the quality was terrible so maybe it was unfair to say all of their stuff was tongue.gif just the stuff I've ever encountered!
