From what I can see IF you use a 65mm rad and 25mm fans it WILL hit the heatsink. With my 990fx sabertooth board I am just missing my 8 pin which is located in the same place as your board.
I would run a normal 65mm rad and only do it as Push into the case, or run a smaller 30mm rad with 25mm fans it should just clear your heatsinks.

I hope this helps!

What is the thickest 420mm rad I can fit in the 810 if I want push/pull and my mobo is a z77a gd65?

I'm also planning on getting a 420rad. Either the 60mmG-changer or the 55mm EK 420 rad.

There are people here that are running 60mm thick rads in push/pull. The only problems I have heard is that some motherboards might have problems with their top heat sinks not being able to clear the bottom fans so it is hard to say which boards will be fine and which won't. Another thing with 420 rads with the switch is that you will have to drill some holes at the top in order to mount the rad properly with the exception of the Black Ice rads. Also fittings are going to be a bit tight when you go to hook up your tubing and you might have to go down to a 120mm for the rear exhaust fan.

I found this build log to be very helpful for me http://www.overclock.net/t/1222267/nzxt-switch-810-420-280-build/20 Go to page 5 and watch the vids and you will see how tight things can be. Many people have suggested mounting the rad with the fittings towards the front but this will require some more modding however. I have not decided which way i want to go since i don't have any parts yet but hopefully I will be ordering in a few weeks.

no need to be a jerk.
He was trying to tell you something he thought might help. Maybe try not jumping down someone's throat if you dont get the answer right away. jesus this thread has turned a little hostile lately..

Haha a 480 external rad would probably be almost as big as the case. I'd love to see that. It'd make me laugh a little.

Gotta love taking my grandma to microcenter tongue.gif
It feels like taking advantage even though she insists. I just walked out with an intel 120gb ssd, one of the nice new corsair 140mm fans, a computer game, and a fan splitter cable.
