Punctured radiator using the screws provided with the radiator by EK.
Just finished taking it all apart, I'm going to sleep. I'll deal with this tomorrow.

Lesson learned I guess.

Either way it still sucks and nothing is worse than assembling and disassembling, filling, draining watercooling over and over. I feel your pain, my pump unscrewed and coolant went everywhere 3 times last week. All good now though.

I always buy 38mm screws and cut them to the right size. Never had screws out of the box that work.

Here's a link to the post where I showed how I did it and made the windows install snugly with no tape or glue or anything, yet still be quickly and easily removable if I want to change color.

Very nice! I'll have to look into that at some point. It's obvious you have a talent.

Oh man that blows. I've about cleaned out the local little hardware store of all his 6/32 screws, then went to Lowes and bought a bunch of 3" ones which I cut down with a dremel to the size I need. I've been paranoid more than once about puncturing a rad with my "custom" screw sizes!

Anyone wants to check out my build in my sig, I tell it like it is, the problems I run into, hair tearing days, IDK I'm just another guy working through a build trying this and that, making mistakes and learning, trying to overcome an extreme case of C.R.S. (that's Can't Remember Stuff for the family friendly version) and probably early onset Alzheimers. wink.gif

That sucks, man. Sorry to hear. I like these, they are tiny on the rad side and allow for quick removal/installation of fans:

Thanks for all the sympathy thumb.gif
It was just quite late at night and after spending the whole day putting the loop back together it was just a bit frustrating. Turns out I also have a leaking 90 degree EK fitting as well.

Just done a bit of research and it shouldn't be too hard to get some epoxy and patch the radiator up.

It really is amazing how much the Switch 810 can hold! Such a great case.

I wouldn't trust epoxy to not start leaking again in the future. Looking at how everyone handles their punctured radiators here I'd get a cheapo soldering iron and some solder for 10 bucks and take care of it for good.

Quite a few people have used epoxy with no issues and I would actually trust epoxy more than my soldering skills tongue.gif
