So here is what I have come up with:
XSPC Raystorm Block
XSPC RX360 Rad
D5 Pump
XSPC Dual 5.25" Reservoir for One Laing D5 (Back Mount) http://www.dazmode.com/store/product/xspc_dual_5_25_reservoir_for_one_laing_d5_back_mount_/
(Does this one count as a top for the D5 or it has just got a mount for it and thats it? Do I need to get a top for the D5?)
Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850RPM *6
Silver coil
I live in Canada, so I dont know where can I get PT Nuke, is it a must or is it always recommended to have? I can get something like this tho, http://www.dazmode.com/store/product/dazmode_protector/
Tube would be Thermochill CLEAR Flex or Feser tube I am allowed to change it in the complete kits from dazmode.com ( which one is better tho?)
As for the fittings, because I am going to put it in a switch 810, the ports of my rad will be at the rear or the case, and my res would be sitting in the 5.25" bay, should I get a 45degree or 90degree fitting to connect these two? And I believe I should get another 2 45degree fittings to connect the rad and cpu block? And finally 1 45degree and 1 regular fitting to connect the block and the pump?
If I use the res I mentioned above do I need to get fittings and tubes to connect the pump and res or it can be used as a D5top? ( I really want to avoid acrylic res since I have read several cracks or leaks reports of it)
Finally, am I missing out anything or am I good to go? Oh and do you guys wash a newly purchased rad? If yes how do you do it? Once again sorry for so many questions and thank you very much for taking your time to read this.

I'll be home soon and on my computer. Give me a budget price and i will make you a loop. Give me color schemes too.

You guys do mnow they make drain plugs right? Find a nice nook somewhere and attach a Y fitting. One side connects the loop another runs a tube down out of the way connected to the drain plug. Nifty idea if you will.
Oh and i prefer 3/8 by 5/8 tubing. Looks better and bends better.

Thought about doing that and eliminating the QDC's altogether. Not sure though.

As for the tubing size, I have been contemplating going down from the size I have now, if for nothing else but easier routing.

This 1/2 by 3/4 tubing was a bit tough to bend at certain places.
If I ever do another loop, I'm going smaller.

Just added my Mayhems dye. It looks sweet. And it's much easier to see the bubbles now.
So many micro bubbles. eek.gif

Alright here is a quick idea for WC'ers Snorkle.gif who use the Switch 810 as their case and not say a really fancy foot stool. doh.gif

Tubing? Tygoon is the best. Tygon. And yes it is.
Blocks? DT 5Noz Mayhem's or EK Nickle NO on both. Lackluster mounting hardware on DT and Corrosion problems with EK
Res? I totally am in love with FrozenQ's res'. Frozen Q, Bitspower, Monsoon
Pumps? D5 baby! VPP655 pump pushes so much water it's insane!! Also my fans are louder than the pump!
Dye? Mayhem's again. Primochill clogs and stains acrylic whilst mayhem's dye looks much, much better and doesn't stain or clog. Dyes are for show only. Distilled is the way to go for longterm watercooling.
Silver coils? Well hell, just buy silver... *derp derp* Silver Kill coil or Silver Bullet from Monsoon.
Radiators? Anything that is around 20-30 FPI (Fins per inch) Alphacool, XSPC, or Aquacomputer
Fans? Gentle Typhoon or Akasa Vipers. (Really anything with high SP) If you say Delta I will slap your momma! Deltas are retard for 50 bucks. Just buy a blower and profit. Almost any fan will work with smaller rads, GT's are overrated. I personally prefer Scythe
GPU Blocks? Hmm.. That one really depends on the GPU.

Early on, a lot of them were small junky cases from no-names or companies who no longer exist. A lot of my friends who had been building pc's at that time gave me a bunch of cases that I cycled through very quickly... My real pride and joy was a CaseLabs M8 with PEdestal... until I lost my job and had to sell it off. I've owned Coolermaster, Lian Li, Lancool, A+, Rocketfish, Corsair, NZXT, Antec, CaseLabs, Silverstone, and a ton of other off-branded cases over the years.

As for the headset, I'm in love with my g930.
I can't play XBOX anymore because my Turtle Beaches now feel extremely uncomfortable after my g930.
They provide great sound and are wireless.
I've read nothing but great things about Sennheisers. If I ever have money to blow and nothing to buy, I'm getting me a pair.

If you look in my setup log it shows my audio equipment but I use this for xbox.

That there cost about... $600. Q701 have amazing position, the K701/702 have better but the Qs also have some bass thrown in. The mix amp is there for voice chat and 5.1 DDS. As far as the O2 Amp, it boost the loudness and allows voice chat to be stronger and the mod mic fits on any headphones. Amazing little mic with AMAZING clarity and pickup.

If you want something better or more bassy I suggest the DT990 by Bery. Those are about 400 and up. I go to head-fi.org whenever I want audio advice.
MadLustEnvy is the **** when it comes to professional gaming experiences. You'll learn headsets = garbage when compared to headphones.

PS. I got the 3930k from intel retail edge for like 2xx usd and I dont want to sell it since the most high-end cpu I have ever used was a q9650 tongue.gif
I plan to use this pc for at least 3years thats why I am going for those hardware, I am thinking of tuning down to a 16GB 8GB*2 tho, as for the gtx 680 I am not really sure is it worth paying the extra since the asus version 670 can perfrom on par with stock 680?

Any idea on a price range? LMK and we can work something up for ya.

Mayhem dye is pretty sweet. Have you seen his Aurora? He is also making thermal activated dye. *Godly!!!!*.... Them bubbles go away after a week and end up in the res, then just top it off and their gone for good. NN an unsightly res.!

Alright I'm home and let's talk about this. Lackluster mounting hardware? I have no such thing when using Mayhem's DT, very hard core. I use about 8 warshers, 4 threaded bolts, 4 nuts, 4 springs, and 4 threaded thumb fasteners. Have you ever seen inside this block!? It's amazing and it doesn't restrict water like most blocks do.

As for silver coils, silver is silver. Doesn't matter who makes it. helpinghand.gif It's okay...

Of course dyes are for show... ROTFL... hahahahhaha... duh... But Mayhem's dye has the least chance of staining and the different dyes and colors he has makes him the best. Besides, he leads the way in WC dyes hands down.

You can't say almost any fans will work. That's just dumb bro. For radiators you ALWAYS go with high static pressure. I also agree GT have a lot of hype but they deserve it, though I prefer Vipers because

Wow Ninja, that sound system costs more than the console itself.
Right now, I'm good with headsets.
If I ever do mlg or something, then I would need that.

And yea, Mayhems Aurora is sweet. But it looks thick. Is it just for show, or can it be used as a regular long time coolant?

what is mayhems DT?
Its not mayhem's waterblock, its Detroit Thermo's (hence the DT)
He has a new, better performing block now, the DT Sniper. Slightly more restrictive, but better temps
http://www.dtwaterblocks.com/dt-sniper-black/

EDIT - Ok, I can stand *slightly* corrected. mayhems now sells them on the site, but they are not mayhem's water block - I just think calling it "mayhems" is taking something away from detroit thermo. if people think it's mayhems, the DT isnt getting the publicity he deserves for making such a great block.

It's used for cooling no doubt except you need to change it out probably more often then you normal would. PM Mick and ask him. You can find his file my searching it or looking in my under "following".

I'm sort of an auidophile so good sound is a must. It is expensive but the mix amp is necessary for xbox/ps3 use, the q701 and O2 work great for music too.

I know who DT is.. I say Mayhem's because mayhem still makes/sells it.
