Just got to figure out how to get my UV past that top rad...
[/SPOILER] Your gpu looks saggy

You're completly right. After I switched PSUs I just noticed that the GPU was dragging. I don't know *** is going on. I'll have to zip-tie it back up or I'll most likely use the stock GPU PCI-port bracket to hold it in place. I had a few games crash just because of it...

The better looking option is a back plate thumb.gif

I had a card in the past sag on me. I found it was caused because I had it lifted up a bit with the thumb screws screwing it into place. If you unscrew your thumbscrews a tad but and let it drop a few mm's and then tighten them back up it may help a bit.

So, drop it a bit since it's holding on by one screw? I will try that

By the way, the GPU watercooler came with a one screw bracket though. that is the problem. I need to put the stock bracket back on and lose the backplate that came with the gpu cooler. At least 2 screws will be holding it down unlike only one. The card cooler I have only came with a one screw bracket so I don't know what they were thinking when they created the card cooler. Perhaps it's just the mobo, I don't know...

I'll try it soon if you care to wait as I plan on placing my order tonight or tomorrow. smile.gif
Now I am starting to second guess my pump... Two UT60s, HK rev 3.0, 2 HK GPU 580s in series and whatever tubing to get the water everywhere. I currently have the Swiftech 35X in my cart, but will it keep up or ought I go D5/655? Any help?
And I know nothing about 45deg fittings; any recommendations? I like the bitspower ones, but how does one rotate them?

Check this out. Seasonic 1000w platinum rated psu. Length is only 150mm. Plenty of room without bending the psu cables in half. Reviews look good and it has a 7 year warranty. Might switch it up instead of the ax 1200

Newegg has it on sale for $219 right now.

I actually just ordered that psu a few weeks back. Absolutely amazing! Fully modular, 80 platinum, and that 7 year . drool.gif

for tools i went out and picked up a heat gun and i used my fathers table saw for the cutting. pretty simple actually.
just mostly did it all by eye, no real technical measuring! i kinda figured out how far from the mobo tray to about where the psu comes out, then the height. so i measured off the table the top surface height and then clamped that done with the rest ( the vertical part) hanging over the table. applied the head gun and let gravity do most of the work then when the acrylic got really flexible i would just take it off and put it up against a right angle surface ( like a wall for example, though i just used 2 pieces of wood).
Hope this helps!

Thanks it does help!!

Might want to be careful with that. From my experience, the Dremel doesn't do so well with cutting acrylic or plastics, at least large cuts that you want to be as clean as possible. If you don't have a table saw, might want to look at getting a jigsaw. That's what I use for large cuts that I want to be as straight as possible. With the Dremel, you gotta worry about trying to keep the cut straight, also if you have a Dremel model where the RPM isn't adjustable, that thing spins so fast instead of cutting it melts. Just my 2cents.gifsmile.gif

+1 rep for the illustration. That is a really tight fit. I might have to go with a different, shorter psu. I'm not sure I want my cable bent like that. The search continues for a suitable psu. Although the black ice stealth 240 is 11mm shorter than your xspc. hmmm... I doubt that is enough to make any difference.
