ran into the same problem. sleeving is a nightmare. you can order replacement pins from ppcs. which i did and then found out they arent the same kind as my psu uses.

Hi guys,

Well my NZXT 810 switch is on the way! Pretty excitied to begin a new build in this case! It'll be my first full tower build. Since I'm now signed up with the likes of you gentlemen. As dumb as it sounds, I'm not sure where I'd like to go with this case, I've been absolutely researching my ass off on this next build. But components wise, I've been checking out the ASUS Maximus Formula V, and I was considering doing that with a GTX SLI 670 build, what do people think of the ROG version of the Asus boards, I've only ever used Gigabyte.

Cheers guys, cant wait for my case!

I think the formula V is one heck of a powerful beast! I am an Asrock user myself, but dont u think those rog motherboard are over priced?
I know the quality is just unquestionable but seeing something like my Asrock which is 100$ cheaper than the formula put me in some thinking thinking.gif
Dont get me wrong I love Asus product, am using their GTX 670 TOP edition and even going to SLI it in a couple of weeks
besides those EK full block for formula V is too darn sexy!
really get me to think to buy one, but I rather spend it on something else since my Asrock get the job done

It is a rather expensive board, I was even thinking it was possibly a bit expensive, mainly because I intend to third party sound card, so the supreme fx audio might be a waste. I have previous experience with ASrock that has been great. It is quite a bit of money, but I'm taking everything into consideration. Thanks for the input mate, I'm definitely still looking around.

FCPU or PPC might carry them. MDPCX carries them.

With 24 pins, you typically have to push them up into the connector, then put your tool in to depress the prongs, and pull out on the wire with it wrapped around your fist. Should come out with a little fight and no damage to the pin.

You're also going to have to buy a crimp tool to re-crimp any pins.

Any of these labeled ATX pins will work
