I'm on my 3rd processor (still have all 3) and 3 mobo (still have em) and 5th GPU (sold 2) in the past 1.5 years. Also the switch is my 5th case with the first case bought in July 2011, with the rest sold and only the phantom, switch and a antec 900 left. In terms of PSUs the XS-1050 is the 4th one, still have the other 2, total 3. Planning on ordering 2 EVGA 750 PSUs, must say Sleeving shall be fun on those.

Phew. Glad I'm not the only one. Noone understands why I do it lol. And I'm not even as bad as you guys just 4 cases, 4 mobos and 5 gpus in the last year.

Jump in my friend, its awesome to have your CPU under 100% load and not go above 32C, and your GPU over 28C. But be warned its very addictive.

oh man, gunna have to drop 2 other hobbies to afford this one!

If I was feeling more ambitious I think I would rotate my mobo 90* to the right.

Has anyone ever used a 3-Pin Power Distribution PCB with a fan controller? I am tired of the mess of Y splitters for fans. I am thinking the one with 8 (4 3-pins and 4 2-pins) would be good for one of my radiators, but am not sure about the 2 pin connections.

I'm actually working on doing this myself. However I'm using a custom PWM controller. From what I've read they work better than controllers that adjust voltages. Not to mention they're more efficient. I ordered a couple of em off eBay for about $9 a piece. I mounted them in an old CDROM housing. Plan on using one to control the fans on my radiators and the other for my case fans. If I remember right they're good for 10A per controller or 120 watts at 12 V. Plenty of power for more fans than I could realistically use.

That's what I use with my fan controller. Works perfectly fine.

Man were you right on the heatkiller blocks and temp drops. Now I barely break 30 on load. Night and day difference. And I will admit that when I started this build I used to love using my pc, now I wanna build my pc more than use it...

That's me.

yessir.gif I've thought about seeking help for it....but then again, I'm not even sure if I really wanna stop LOL. Here we are not even a year since I've owned my S810, and I'm on the 4th rebuild.
I can't afford my pc addiction. Worse than drugs and booze imo.
