Sad to hear NZXT has treated you so poorly. If it weren't for XNine who knows what the remainder of us would do. I'll definitely be keeping this in mind for next time I buy a case. XNine be sure to show your superiors this thread, especially this portion and patricks portions. They need to know where to make improvements as a company.

Is that the mini PCModderMike? I will miss your contribution to this thread once you are gone. I hope you'll at least pop by every once in a while. Gotta love the footprint of the FT03. smile.gif FREEEEEEE desk!

Any specific reason why you leaving the big world and going small. Apart from it seems that small builds are the rave lately and I can see why.

Mike I am in the same boat with you, but I think the SG09 is calling my name... The Ft03 mini doesn't have enough room for an accelero on my 7970 and the FT03 is almost twice the price point of the SG09.. GLWS on your WC gear, mine has been going pretty fast.

Yeah I'm leaving it behind also. It is a great case, but Customer Service pretty much spits on you. This company owes Xnine a lot! What did you get?

It really isn't that bad. The problem is, that we didn't have a CS Rep for a long time because that person was promoted, and the person who took over the job, well, didn't get the job done. They're gone now. Now the original person is coming back, and, to top that off, I'll also be handling CS Support Tickets. So, we'll have two people working the ticket system on a daily basis and once we get caught up, Service will be excellent again.

So.. you're leaving us for the trash can, are you? biggrin.gif
Sad to see you go. Be sure to post a buildlog of your new rig in here so we can follow. You're part of the family here, and despite moving on., we'd be happy to see new things from you. smile.gif

The company doesn't really owe me anything, as far as I'm concerned. To be honest, yeah, there's been some growing pains, but there isn't a company out there that doesn't have them. NZXT is a VERY small company, and it has struggled to deal with the success it's had in the last year. That said, we're working on getting caught up and things will be better than they ever were. So, good things are coming.

I've NEVER worked for a company that didn't have its fair share of problems, even multi-biillion dollar companies. NZXT is actually the first company, in my life, that I can honestly say that I enjoy working with and for. The atmosphere, even though I'm 3 states away from everyone at HQ, cannot be beat. Everyone from the top to the bottom has personality and is great. I often talk with my boss late at night via Skype, checking out hardware, women, youtube videos.... Once we get things back to normal operation, there is no doubt in my mind that we'll have the best CS department out there.

And when am I wrong? Never. Which is why I'm here. thumb.gif

I ordered 10 GT AP-29s (yes, those 3000RPM sirens tongue.gif) months ago, and finally connected them to my rig's 2 rads, 360 and 240 UT60s (Shaved away the fan shroud to fit the 360 up top and it FITS with my RIVE).
Anyways, here's the problem: Upon connecting the fans to my fan controller (Kaze Q-12) via 3pin and connecting the 4pin molex cables (so MANY) to the power supply, I start it up.
VRRRRRROOOOMMMM. Fans blasting at 3000RPM. I go ahead and test out the fan controller connectors with NZXT fans, and they do work.
I do research and find out that the AP-29s can only be given power via the 4pin molex.
My question is, is there another way around this? Would this adapter work?

Yes it should.

Hey, not my fault! That's what a majority of people in the community have called it! I think it's a nifty case, I'm not knocking Silverstone (hey, they make some fantastic products). But... it does kinda look like a trashcan, lol. It's just an odd design, I think. Overall, I think it's a sweet case. thumb.gif
