Alright, I've done my homework, and this is what I've come up with, but I need you guy's reassurance that it's all compatible. (I'm pretty sure it is, but just to double-check with people who know.)
A - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813186085
$54.12
B- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103537
$60.00
(2x256) C- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820223008
$43.96
D- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822145082
$48.63
Total Price: $206.71

Still need a power unit, and I have three extra cases, so I don't need one of those. How does it all look? At 200 for all of that, I have plenty of room for the power unit, etc. and still make my 250 or less goal.

It is compatible but I would check into my suggestions. And they are suggestions,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813186085

I have never owned 1 but I have heard a bunch of horror stories about Foxconn mobo's. I dont think they would be high on my list.

Your ram is out of stock...IMHO I would get 1x512 stick as opposed to 2x256. I believe you will notice a performance difference with just the single 512.

Just my 2 pennies worth.....

tankman: your motherboard lacks onboard video, which I think is a requirement here

ECS's are not the best motherboards, they are cheap and that is their only appeal in my opinion. In addition, he is looking for a computer with an on-board graphics unit because this will be for day to day use and not gaming so the GeForce6100 will be more than sufficient.

Y'know, that's a really good idea, but seeing how much I know about usability and such (I don't know anything about brand names, especially) I'm not sure. I'll wait for the smarter people to see what they say about your and my ideas. I'll copy yours into my little word document I've got going with all of this though.
