There is the Microsoft Sidewinder X4. From other reviews and other users opinions, it is a very good keyboard under your budget.

This. I would agree there, although I don't personally own one.

The Saitek V.5 would be a more gamer friendly choice. My mate has one and the backlights are very nice.

How would a Saitek be a "more gamer friendly choice" exactly?

EDIT: In this price range, they're really much for muchness. The Saiteks seem to be fairly solid, but just a regular, plain old keyboard with backlighting. Same deal with the Microsoft, really.

IMO Saitek is more dedicated to gaming peripherals than Microsoft.
